Our restaurant in ObertauernIndulgence between tradition and modernity

The Pernerei is our daytime restaurant and has been offering fine dining since 1928.

Most of our dishes are homemade and freshly prepared, ingredients and raw products are mainly sourced regionally. We offer hot meals from 11:30 to 19:30.

Our cuisine combines the modern and the traditional: you can look forward to delicacies such as burgers, bowls and sandwiches - as well as a Salzburg soup pot, Lungau cheese dumplings and freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn.

This mix of tradition and modernity is also reflected in our furnishings. Old and reclaimed wood from a 400-year-old hay barn belonging to the Perner family combined with modern lines, lighting and window boxes.
