Deputy Sous Chef (m/f/d)

As a deputy sous chef, you will support our kitchen team in a responsible position and contribute your skills daily with commitment and oversight. We look forward to meeting you.

Your tasks

  • Preparation and preparation of cold and hot dishes in the main kitchen
  • Support of the kitchen crew with all tasks
  • Compliance with HACCP regulations
  • 48 hour, 6 days a week

Our requirements

  • Training and/or several years of experience as a cook
  • Cooking technical understanding of upscale cuisine
  • A certain degree of flexibility in working hours
  • Team spirit and joy in work
