Additional bed reductions/prices:
We offer a reduced rate for children staying in the same room as their parents (2 adults paying full price). Children below the age of 3 are charged at €35.00 per night and children aged between 3 and 6 at €65.00 per night. Children between 7 and 14 receive a 50% reduction on the adult rate, and a 30% reduction from the age of 15.

All prices are given in Euros per person/night including half board and excluding local taxes (subject to change without notice).
For stays of 1 and 2 nights we charge a surcharge of 15.00 Euro per person and night.
Local taxes are charged at 2.45 Euro per person per night (age 16 and up).

Your reservation will be confirmed as binding upon receipt of a deposit of € 100 per person. The hotel accepts debit cards, VISA and Mastercard.
In the event of cancellation, we will keep the deposit as a processing fee.

Terms and conditions:
If you are unable to take your holiday as planned, or if you have to depart early, the following cancellation terms apply:
You may cancel your reservation without charge up to 3 months prior to your date of arrival.
Cancellations within 3 months to 1 month of your date of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 40% of the price of your reservation.
Cancellations within 1 month to 1 week of your date of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 70% of the price of your reservation.
If you cancel within one week of your arrival date, or depart early, we will have to charge you 100% of the price of your reservation.
Cancellation insurance:
To protect yourself from unnecessary costs should you need to cancel your holiday, you can take out our hotel cancellation insurance. Europäische Reiseversicherung will reimburse you the costs for multiple reasons (e.g. in the event of sickness or an accident). Arrival and departure:
You can make use of your room from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Your room is available to you until 10 am on your day of departure. The full room rate will be charged in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.
Dogs and other pets:
You may bring your dog on your winter holiday with you to Obertauern on request. Please notify us when you are enquiring about availability. We are charging € 35.00 per night for larger dogs and € 25.00 for smaller dogs per night. Dog food is not included in this charge.
