The following additional services are available to you on your winter holiday at the Ski Hotel Perner:

Please note the following important holiday information:
Your reservation is considered a fixed booking when a deposit of €100,-- per person has been paid. The hotel accepts Cashpoint cards (with European function), VISA and Mastercard. Please note that any additional payable services must be settled in cash. This includes food and drink consumed in the restaurant, that are not included in your half-board arrangement, or at the day-bar as well as supplements for additional services.

Business conditions:
All our agreements are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations (AHCR).
If you can not go on your booked holiday or in case of early departure we charge the following:
Cancellation 3 months before arrival - no charge
Cancellation 3 till 1 month before arrival - 40% of the total price of your stay
Cancellation 1 month till 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total price of your stay
Cancellation within 1 week before arrival - 90% of the total price of your stay
Early departure - 90% of the rest of your stay
Travel cancellation insurance:
To save yourself unnecessary cancellation fees, you can take out a hotel cancellation insurance. The Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance) reimburses your expenses in many cases (e.g.: Illness or accident). You can fill out the appropriate Insurance Form here.
Arrival and Departure:
Your room or holiday apartment is available to you from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival. On the day of departure rooms and apartments must be vacated by 10 am. In the case of a delayed arrival or premature departure the full price will be charged, in some individual cases where reasons can be justified a 10% reduction on the daily room rate can be given.
Child Reductions:
Reductions are given for children sharing a room with their parents (extra bed). From the age of 8 to 14 only 50% of the half-board rate is to be paid. For extra beds a 30% reduction on the half-board price will be given irrespective of age. For small children a contributory service payment will be charged accordingly: for children up to the age of 5 €16,-- per day, for children from 6 to 7 years €27,-- per day.
Dogs and Pets:
On request you can bring your dog with you on your winter holiday in Obertauern. Please mention this in your non-binding holiday request. A cleaning fee for a large dog of €25,-- per day, and for a small dog of € 15,-- per day will be charged. Dog food is not included.
